Last week I spent one day in the capital of Styria. In southern Styria, spring is already much further than in the north of the province. The reason was the visit of my nephew, who has started his medical studies in Graz. It has been some years since I had visited Graz for the last time. I had not remembered the city as being so big. It is the second largest city in Austria with almost 300 thousand inhabitants. As a university city, it is also home to a good 60 thousand students. The Schlossberg, that landmark of the city and the old town are UNESCO World Heritage Site and always worth a visit!
