Alp's Hike

Circular hike to the Scheiblegger High and Lower Alp
The high alp lies east of the Mountain "Hahnstein" and is bordered in the north by the mountains "Kreuzkogel", "Riffel" and "Sparafeld". My hike started at the so called "Kaiserau road" and led partly over a forest road as well as over well-trodden paths up to the high alp at 1700 m altitude. I reached the alp with sunrise over the "Kalbling" mountain. The hike down to the lower alp was along a small stream between the mountains of "Hahnstein" and "Kreuzkogel". From the lower alp I went south around the mountain "Drei Mönche" back to the car at the Kaiserau road. In total it was a hike of 6 hours and 15 km.
