Karleck Hike
Karleck Hike
This hike leads from the Ardning Alm via the Bachner Alm to the Rohrauerhaus. From there it goes over the Arlingeralm back to the Ardning Alm. A path of about 10 km. I have already set off shortly before sunrise and started the tour at 06 am. From the nearby Ennstal the fog wafts went over the mountain slopes up to the Bosruck mountain. Shortly before reaching the Bachneralm the fog got denser and denser and the visibility was only a few meters. The sun had not yet managed to assert itself. One saw nothing, one heard nothing, except the cow bells of the pasture cattle. I inserted on a small seat a first rest and considered whether I should unpack now despite the bad weather conditions my camera. I did it and had to realize that one can take the most beautiful pictures even in the densest fog. About an hour later the sun finally broke through the fog and there was a fantastic view of the Gesäuseberge and Haller walls! After a short stop in the Rohrauerhaus I went back to the Ardningalm with bright morning sun.
